“We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.”

“Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. “Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website.
Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

“Lovely property.
Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. I had to ask three different people to fix the safe before it was fixed.
Dining staff was extremely slow with picking up dishes and the food was not very flavourful for...

“The hotel was advertised as pet friendly on Expedia, charging £20 per stay for a dog. I was surprised to be messaged by the management a week before my stay (even though I've booked 3 weeks prior) informing me that I will be charged £30 per night for my dog.
