“They had cut down the trees in the back yard and the swing was broken and leanind on the back wall. The fountain was overgrown by weeds and there was no place to sit. The tv that is hooked up to an antenna and advertised to have 24 channels didnt work. They said we could log onto our own apps or use the ones that a previous person had left logged in. All of this was relayed to us by the cleaning lady who lives next door, not the manager. This is just a few of the problems.”

“Our host was, and always has been quick to respond to questions and help in any way she can. We have stayed at this property 3 time, and Mauricel is a major reason we return. The location is convenient, close to family we visit, and it is close to the highway. Top it off with shopping center being close by! The unit is always well stocked and very clean. We hope to return.”

“Mari was very responsive. The studio apartment was very clean, cute and inviting. The location for us was excellent as it was in close proximity to family and the venues for planned events. It had all the travel essentials of a hotel such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion towels, linens plus a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker and coffee supplies.
