Escape to the serene beauty of Bass Lake, where adventure and tranquility await! Your cozy getaway awaits at this quality built home. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like jacuzzi, a basketball hoop, BBQ, and ping pong table, corn hole game + more amenities at the end of a private road surrounded by the Sierra National Forest with many hiking trails right from the house.

This property is perfect for families or a group of friends. *Sleeps 8 adults comfortably*
Master bedroom: a king bed and 1 twin bed, TV
Guest room 1: 2 bunk beds (twin over twin & twin over full).
Guest room 2: 1 queen bed.
Guest room 3/entertainment room: Sectional couch with high quality pull out queen bed, TV
You'll find 3 full bathrooms equipped with toiletries. Including: shower, bidet, bathtub, hair dryer, and iron/steamer.

This is a 2 story house with 2 access points. Main entrance is upstairs and a studio downstairs. There is a set of stairs inside the house and one set of stairs out on the porch.

Only a few minutes from the lake, near sandy beaches. The Forks Resort, 7 minutes from The Pines Village, Pines Resort, Ducey's on the Lake and The Bass Lake Marina and Water-sports (boat rentals, slips + much more) and The Marina Bar & Grill (open in the summer).

The house is only 30 a min drive to the entrance of Yosemite National Park and the beautiful Mariposa Grove, 1 hour to the Yosemite Valley.

Whether you're looking to relax on the shore, delve into exciting water sports, or explore the picturesque hiking trails, our home is the perfect place for creating unforgettable memories with family and friends.

We are a pet-friendly property, but all pet stays must be approved in advance. Please reach out to us before booking if you’d like to bring your pet. 5 Star Experience!!

Our family has been renting cabins and camping in the Bass Lake area for years… and we just found our new favorite spot! For us, the experience starts with the initial communication. From the start, we felt the welcoming and professional courtesy of quick and detailed communication. That first impression set the tone for the trip and upon arrival, we were not disappointed in the slightest. In fact, we were blown away with the attention to detail and the “welcome home” feeling the entire family raved about. The cabin property provided ample parking. Every bedroom was immaculate and provided all the amenities you could need. The kitchen was wonderfully updated with top notch appliances. Everything, and I mean everything, was labeled to take away all the guess work. The outdoor space was exceptional for the whole family. The spa, basketball hoop, ping pong table, deck, bbq, Adirondack chairs, giant umbrella, and more…Aside from decompressing right before bed, nobody had the desire to turn on their electronics. It was a perfect set up for all the adults, teenagers, and younger kids to stay active and relax all at the same time. As for the location itself, another home run…6 minutes to town, 6 minutes to Pines Resort area, 12 minutes to Miller’s Landing, and less than a mile to some great lakefront day use areas. Overall, we could not ask for a better experience! The family has unanimously decided that they want this to be their annual Bass Lake retreat spot!!

Kids spring break

We had a great time at the Cannon's Cabin. They kids enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the games. We all played uno as a family....that never happens lol.Our host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to booking again in the future. Thank you for hosting my family

Good experience

The experience was very good, the house very clean, the property has a very good location to relax and enjoy nature, the children enjoyed the space and the games that there are for them,,, it is a nice place to be with the family.
