Ideal for families, this four-bedroom Northshore townhouse has everything you need for a perfect Bass Lake vacation. The living room has a fireplace, large flatscreen TV, and is nicely furnished with plenty of space for everyone to gather. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, and a bar area making it easy to cook your meals while enjoying good conversation. The upstairs primary bedroom has a balcony with a lake view.

The garage has been converted to a game room with a ping pong table, making it a great space for hours of fun. Outside there is a beautifully landscaped yard and a private patio with a gas grill. The home is an easy trail walk to the lake, with access to a swimming pool, spa, and rec room.

Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away.

Boat docks and boat slips are not in the water year-round.

Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
