La risposta dell'hotel è stata che, per essere competitivi com gli altri hotel hanno ridotto il prezzo del pernottamento e spostato il costo in un voce nascosta.”

“My reservation was for 7days. My room was never cleaned since we got there. It was dirty and the seven days that I was there the room was never cleaned. Garbage was never taken out. I would call front desk every day to have them come clean my room they would say that they would try to get to it, but it was never clean. I had to go downstairs to front desk and get garbage bags to take my own garbage out. I had to go ask for bath towels every single day because they were never restocked Service...

“The pool area and work out areas were closed. The shower barley had hot water to shower. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. The place is run down and in need of a serious remodel. Would never stay here again. Even if it was the only place available. I would sleep in my car before staying here again.”
