This renovated woodland townhome is located in a quiet area of Bryce Resort, near Lake Laura. Come enjoy the woodland serenity from the back deck or the front patio and fire pit. Access the townhome via 14 steps down from the parking area. Use caution during the winter months - steps may be icy. Please use hand rails, ice melt and shovels (provided) if necessary. Located within the Bryce Resort community, this home is about 2.5 miles from the Resort's main lodge and ski/bike lifts, and 1 mile from the Basye Community Store, Smiley's Ice Cream & mini-golf, the Burn Barrel tavern and Pale Fire Brewing Company.

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
The living room includes two comfortable sofas and two chairs, an electric fireplace and smart TV. Watch your favorite TV shows and movies with your preferred streaming providers. The kitchen and dining room are located adjacent and open to the living room. The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, a Keurig coffee maker (K-cups provided) and a drip coffee maker (but please bring your favorite roast/flavor). The laundry machine is located in a small room next to the kitchen. The foyer area includes a half bath, large closet for ski gear, and stairs to the upper level. The second floor of this townhome offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The large primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds (one twin/twin, one twin/double). Sleeps six adults, or four adults and four children, comfortably.

The townhome is equipped with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.

WiFi internet is provided by 150mbps service, which is ample for working, video conferencing, web browsing, and TV streaming on many devices.

**This is a self-check-in property. Guests will receive Check-in Instructions via email seven days prior to the arrival date, or immediately if booking within seven days. The Check-in Instructions include the property address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, WiFi log-in credentials, and other important preparatory information.

Parking is limited at this property; if your reservation will have more than two cars, please park extra vehicles in the Overflow Area beyond Townhome 18B. Please park vehicles perpendicularly - no parallel parking please.

This property does NOT have an outdoor hot tub.

This property has wood-burning fire pit and charcoal grill (guests may purchase firewood bundles and charcoal at the nearby Basye Community Store)

Guests have unlimited seasonal access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade, Mount Jackson, VA 22842), which is about 1.9 miles from this property. See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. It's open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Quiet hours after 10:00pm and before 8:00am are strongly enforced by the local security and police.
