“The entire property had a strong musty odor, and it was especially noticeable in our room (#129). The smell was concerning enough that it made us worry about the air quality and whether we were being exposed to something potentially harmful during our stay. Additionally, some staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful. They could benefit from additional training in professionalism, communication, and customer service to ensure guests feel welcomed.”

“The whole hotel is quiet from the nearby route 90. Pool open hours are good from 6:30 am to 10 pm. Ice a availability is good. AC , fan, and heat for room are easy to use. Staff answered all questions in a pleasant helpful manner. Breakfast buffet was ample and provided much needed protein. I recommend this hotel for travelers. You get what you pay for in this upend experience.”

“The shower curtain was dirty, as was the bathroom; my child woke up covered in bedbug bites. All areas were dirty and neglected—a very bad experience; I do not recommend it.”

“What a wonderful hotel experience! The perfect choice if you're seeing a show at the amphitheater. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and a great time was had by all!”

“It is what it is: a dated motel from the 60s. Some minor updgrades make it ok. Not much else to it. Great location, with a strip mall across the street and a cosy downtown. Only 10k to the gates of Darien Lake, with a possible shuttle service at the front desk...extremely handy if trying to see a show at the amplitheatre.”
