“Be prepared to do a lot of walking. The parking lot is across the street if you are lucky enough to get a spot there. They have valet parking on the other end of the building, but that makes your walk twice as long. The hotel registration desk is on the second floor so if you have baggage, you have to take this very compact elevator to get there. After checking in, you have a long walk to the next elevator to get you to your room. Be prepared to get bounced around in that elevator. They have a...

“Staff were great. Hotel was clean and the accessible room was very accommodating. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. Was a good stay and would stay again . The hot tub was great but the pool was very cold was the only issue.”

“Booked the room and the propery is a mess. The room is disheviled and dirty. Someone had a vehicle completely pulled apart in the parking lot. My wife would not stay there because she was grossed out. Would love a refund because we didnt stay there.”

“Breakfast was pretty much a joke. Wierd smell all around the building. Flies near side entries. Bed sheets had spots in them. Pretty much couldn’t sleep in fear of bed bugs/other bugs even though didn’t see any. Bathroom was horrible - stains on ceiling, exhaust didn’t work, shower seemed like falling apart, water leaked from somewhere into bathroom entrance. This place was not even worth $100 and I thought price was good when I booked. May be $25 for a night would be worth it.”

“The hotel is really run down. There is a musty smell. The front desk couldn’t hear me on the rotary phone. Strong smell of bleach and there was some beetle bug in the bathroom. It is close to Darien Lake, so that was a plus.”
