“Great room and location for our stay ”

“This motel is attached to the RSL, which makes it very convenient if looking for excellent dining. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast there. Membership to the RSL is complementary with your room, although you may have to ask for it. The Accessible Room was well designed and very convenient. Most of the services we wanted were within walking distance and it was a short drive to get to the Reptile Park. The motel is set well back from the major traffic artery and sound proofing in the room...

“Easy to locate and checkin was simple. The room was clean and although it had a spa I simply indulged in having a great deep bath. The access would not be ideal for someone using assisted movement, such as a walker or chair, but perfectly fine for able bodied. “Lovely high floor quiet room with everything we needed for our one night stay. Club Mingara is a very short walk away being next door and handy for dinner and breakfast at member prices due to staying at Encore by Mingara. Parking is nearby, either secure at additional cost or in the club carpark. Great stay!”

“This was a great place to stay. Right on Lake Macquarie. Very relaxing. Great cabin, staff and communication. When there was an issue with one of the toilets on site, or when aclean up neededto be done on the jumping pad, a text message was sent out letting us all know. Also liked the fairy lights around the very clean bbq just behind our cabin. And the sound of frogs in the creek behind us was amazing. ”
