A smart TV and a washing machine & dryer have also been included for extra convenience and entertainment.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire unit for the duration of their stay, however, please note that the balcony is a communal space with the neighbouring unit (also managed by BNB Made Easy). Children are not recommended in this area with out the supervision of an adult. The keypad code for the balcony is the same one used to access the property.

Please note that the apartment complex has 3 flights of stairs before reaching this unit. Each flight contains approximately 6-7 stairs.



Prior to booking, please be aware that the balcony area is a communal space shared with the neighbouring unit.

Upon arrival, enter the undercover parking area via Gunthers Lane and park in Bay 3 (one vehicle only).

Exit the carpark on foot through the door at the end, which leads to the elevator. Take the elevator to Ground level (press G).

Exit the elevator into the foyer and proceed through the timber glass doors on the opposite side.

Climb the three flights of stairs to reach the unit.
