“Staff were all excellent, extremely kind and helpful. However, the room itself presented some issues. The sink design was hard to work with as it got full very quickly and was messy. It made washing your face, hands, etc. difficult. Additionally, we could not get hot water during our showers. Then the shower faucet handle actually ended up coming off when we tried to get hot water. The beds were very comfortable though and the room itself was clean. ”
