“住宿空間不錯，也有電視可看，洗手間及浴室有開窗，房間也可看到城市景觀！服務人員有禮貌，飯店有電梯很方便！ 電梯灰塵有點多，沖澡時水柱很強也很舒服，但是剛我那間水退得有點慢，導致洗完澡後有點淹水！ 搭大眾運輸過去的話，還真的不太方便，比較推薦搭grab！”

“Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. “I stayed about 15min. The A/C barely worked. Small small room and couldn’t feel it. I went online and booked a room for the 10 days. I was there at the Hilton about 5-10 minutes away. Most disappointing part was they were unwilling to give me any kind of a refund. I was willing to pay for the first night technically it wasn’t refundable.
