“Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. During check-in time the receptionist was busy with findings charging cables and their phone.

“Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ok, aber für jede Kleinigkeit musste extra bezahlt werden (z.B. zusätzliches Kopfkissen). Den in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführten Shuttle-Service gibt es nicht! Die Fahrt vom Airport zum Hotel mussten wir selbst organisieren!”
