“The room is fantastic and the owner is very friendly. We loved having coffee, as much water as you want and bikes to ride around the islands. I was unsure whether Gili Air would be a bit too busy for us but we loved it. There are lots of nice restaurants. We are now at Gili Meno but wish we had stayed longer here and done a day trip to Gili Meno instead. If you are looking at this hotel book it! And do a day trip to one of the other islands instead.”

“We stayed at Utara for 3 nights leading up the the New Year. The service here was fantastic. Location was brillant as it was a hidden gem away from any business. We upgraded to the “Gold Honeymoon package” which included bicycles to get around on which was fabulous and very convenient, romantic dinner for 2, massage and a private snorkeling trip on a glass boat. Was very fun! Thank you for the amazing stay and excellent service. Highly recommend! ”

“Dejlig seng i en fin hytte. Stort badeværelse der dog trænger til en kærlig hånd. Men godt vand i bruser. Boede i en af strandhytterne og det var dejligt der kunne dog godt være lidt mere lys inde end den ene meget svage LED lyskilde i loftet. Søde og venlige mennesker der arbejder der. "La struttura ha bisogno di una rimodernata però è vicinissima al molo e ai servizi principali. Gli spazi sono accettabili ma la porta che dà sul bagno all’aperto non chiude bene. La pulizia non è buona. Abbiamo avuto problemi col condizionatore che per ripararlo hanno smontato era lurido anche visivamente figuriamoci internamente, indecente! Chi lo ha acceso prima di consegnarci la stanza si era accorto perfettamente che il telecomando non funzionava ma ha soprasseduto. Il personale è intervenuto dopo la ns segnalazione e ha cambiato Il pezzo rotto. La colazione non è al buffet ma è sufficiente "
