“We stayed in this hostel only for a night on our way to Tbilisi to rest however we were super shocked by the fact that they did not provide us blankets... It was really cold outside as you can imagine, I truly cannot understand how come they would not think to provide blankets for the room in December?! It was freezing AC was not helpful that much also the noise was unbearable all night. The room was smelly because of the toilet, I don’t know how to describe the smell, you must be there to...

“Everything was great, convenient location, parking, wonderful staff, everyone was friendly, the rooms were cozy, but the bathtub had a crack in the bottom and was covered with adhesive film. Taking a bath was uncomfortable, it felt like you could push your foot through the film and fall in if you didn't pay attention. Everything was just great! I hope you replace the bathtub!”

“Ottima struttura. Casino piccolo, piscina acqua fredda. Spa piuttosto dispersiva. Camere comode e calde. Ben arredate. Peccato per la policy dell hotel che richiede supplemento per gli ospiti in camera. Pessimi i modi del manager on duty notturno e del personale della reception notturna che pretendevano il pagamento immediato in cash anziche aggiungere il costo al conto della camera! Policy non adatta a 5 stelle”

“In realtà la recensione negativa e riprovevole è diretta a Expedia che ha millantato in internet una stanza standard con colazione inclusa, quando invece era a pagamento. Non mi è stata data o , meglio, solo quando ho minacciato seriamente di chiamare la polizia per fare valere i miei diritti per una camera con colazione inclusa che io avesopagato, solo allora il manager di Ramada mi ha concesso di usufruire della colazione. Zero a Expedia, 2 a Tamda Plaza di Batumi.”
