Motel a Batumi

“Ottima struttura. Casino piccolo, piscina acqua fredda. Spa piuttosto dispersiva. Camere comode e calde. Ben arredate. Peccato per la policy dell hotel che richiede supplemento per gli ospiti in camera. Pessimi i modi del manager on duty notturno e del personale della reception notturna che pretendevano il pagamento immediato in cash anziche aggiungere il costo al conto della camera! Policy non adatta a 5 stelle”

“Everything is fine starting from reception to checkout. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast is fit for purpose but sitting space is bit crowded with some sitting away from buffet area. Room cleaning timing is long so by 4pm it is still not done.”

“I had a good experience staying here, hotel has an amazing location.”

“Staff should be more attentive to Guests queries,in spite of the fact that The booking was not made directly at the reception. My booking was via Expedia, and its handled thru a pvt owner in Orbi.Anyways, the rooms should be equipped with more blankets, towels, and toilletries.”

“Lamassu is a very new small and apparently family-run hotel in a residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to the old town. Parking outside was very accessible and safe. There was some confusion about my choice of room upon arrival, but that was quickly sorted out, and the suite was very spacious with a huge terrace. The breakfast was semi-individually prepared and had an abundance of olives,...

“gayet iyi ama çok kalabalık bir tesis”

“I stay where 8 nights from 8 September to 16 September in block D2, the room was good , all new and fresh inside , some noise at night and day time . There is construction around that facility going right now every time and a lot crazy or drunk people to сry at the night time . I closed my balcony door because our neiborhoods are smoked during night time and we fell tobacco smoke too. That Orbi -city hasn’t any parking lot , so I traveled on my vihicke and must be find parking place my self...

“Excellent location and very friendly, welcoming staff. The room had everything needed for a comfortable rest — bath amenities, a hairdryer, and tea. We especially loved the beautiful terrace and the delicious breakfast every morning. Highly recommended!”

“La struttura dí speciale aveva sicuramente la posizione comoda per arrivare da qualunque parte. La pulizia delle stanze deve sicuramente migliorare la camera la facevano ogni 3 giorni e gli asciugamani pure….. per la quantità dell hotel devono fare meglio.”
