Hotel vicino a Lotus Lake - Bac Ninh

“There’s nothing nice to say about this hotel except crowded unruly guests, unfriendly and lazy staffs. Breakfast buffet was just okay located in different building very inconvenient. Booked 3 rooms, all bathrooms’ faucets were leaked. Would definitely not come back.”

“Good place, but Security guys require us cannot drinking in park. It is weird, but if we buy beer from store and then it is ok. ”

“Grande delusione; le stanze pulite sommariamente non è assolutamente un 4 stelle! La piscina era molto sporca, gli asciugami macchiati e bucati. Albergo lasciato un po' all'abbandono. I ragazzi che ci lavorano molto volenterosi ma mancano di un minimo di istruzione alberghiera. La spiaggia circostante è molto sporca tanto da nn poter fare passeggiate nella riva. Non consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio.”

Apparently, due to it being a holiday weekend, the main restaurant only offered buffet service at dinner with no ala carte options, despite the menu looking appealing. “Room is not exactly as the pictures. Staffs was awful especially at the S restaurant (gave wrong order and let me waited for a long time for the food after reminded them 2 times but they did not care), wifi is weak most of the time had no wifi, the A/C was not working and staff did not care to fix that, they just promised. I saw 2 cockroaches in my room and they did came to kill them but it is nasty to think about a place with cockroaches. Breakfast as they said have coffee but what they offer...

“Hotellet ligger på en stille vej, men det er lidt restauranter i nærheden. Vi var der uden for højsæsonen, så det føles lidt stille, man har brug for et transportmiddel til at komme rundt. Værelserne er fine med en fin balkon og poolen er god. Maden og servicen kunne være bedre.”

“Breakfast is limited and expensive. It’s a long way to the beach. No towels at beach or pools. There’s some lounge chairs at the beach but all worn out. One of our ac doesn’t work. We booked two rooms. They gave us two, on different floors quite far apart. We agreed on a downsize so both rooms could be on a same floor. No compensation whatsoever. We booked apartments so administration is different. Maybe the hotel side is better .”

“This is an apartment they rent under another name. They use one address for two properties. The TV didn’t work and no internet connection even while using the correct password. It’s a commune type thing. You pick a breakfast meal by letter. That’s what you get! No deviation. They will try and take your passport too. I wouldn’t allow it but had to pay a 500,000 dong that was refundable. The facility sits high on a hillside where you have to take a shuttle to get to the beach. I left! I refused to...
