“The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I would also compliment the restaurant/bar. Highly recommend for food and drinks. It was everything I could ask for and then some! My days were spent in a local hospital while my mom had surgery. Coming back to the hotel was like coming home. It was comfortable and peaceful. “Woman working the front desk was great, and very helpful fixing a booking error on my part. The hotel itself though is in need of some help. First, it’s in an industrial park so there are no food or shopping options within walking distance. And of course, while I was checking in a homeless person came into the lobby and would not stop trying to talk to me while I was trying to talk to the front desk agent. The room was clean, but mattress was beyond worn out. The toilet was interesting, as shown...

“The facility was clean, breakfast was fine, not much options for vegetarians. I was hoping pancakes waffles for kids but it wasn’t there. Room was very far away from the elevator, signs weren’t clear as to where the laundry is. But the stay was overall fine.”

“Room 114 very low shower water pressure. There was machine noise from something outside the room, very close to the room at night while I was trying to fall asleep. Do not appreciate the attitude from the female at the checkout desk when I brought the issue to her next morning.”

“Non-smoking, but the building reeked of cigarettes. There are doors on the wall between room, and those doors had gaps at the top and bottom meaning the 3AM family loud conversation happening in the room next door was loud through the door gaps. Stuffing the gaps with towels didn't help much. The breakfast was limited with burnt coffee. 1 of the 2 key cards didn't work. ”

“First room the gave me card didn't work and yet the door pushed right open, looked liked it had been kicked in prior. Second room floors were full of stains/ dirty and drains were full of hair.”
