“We stay here every time we visit Portland. We love it!”

“Sydney, who works the front desk was awesome. I had trouble with several things in the room (the lock, the TV) and she was so kind. She came up to my room and showed me how get the door to lock. Then she came back up and fixed the TV. She was kind! Thanj you Sydney!”

“Had no refrigerator, room was clean and very good customer service at front desk”

“Room was disgusting, bugs everywhere didn't even end up staying.”

“The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor.”

“Great Buffet breakfast options, and the property is distinctive with a nice garden, pond, and gazebo between the buildings. The only problem we ran into was not having an elevator, but with only two floors in our building, it wasn't too big a problem. One thing to note - the property is built on a hill-side, which can make the parking lot a little hard to navigate.”

“Arrived late, no one at front desk had to knock on door, lady sent her husband out he asked why I was there I obviously told him I had a reservation, after lady spoke to manager on the phone, he then walked me to my room which was hostel style and how disgusting that room was, cigarettes and tobacco littered the table, very trashy room, horrid smell. As it was 1:30am I had no choice but to stay. Soon as I woke up at 7am I left the property. I’m a solo traveler so I had the flexibility I guess...

“Large clean room, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Comfort Suites always comes through with a nice place to stay at a fair price.”

“They advertised a pool but they no longer have one. Onsite laundry $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry. They accept pets but don't recognize ESA! $30 per night pet fee. Awesome staff! Overall a Great stay very quiet!”
