“We got there late at night and we could not find the self parking so we just paid for valet. But other than that a great property”

“The staff was great and the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Our balcony was not clean and had cigarettes butts thrown on the other side of the railing. The air-conditioning unit made a sound like someone was living in the attic. The overall property was very nice and in a nice area by the water.”

“I had a wonderful stay, the staff was amazing, very attentive and always ready to provide an excellent stay. The amenities first-rate, plenty of clean towels and anything you would need, the cafe has great coffee! The room was very clean and well stocked. Best sleep I’ve had in a while! The shower also was excellent - I would highly recommend a stay here at the Harlow - and due to travel delays I am back for my second night! The location is very good - only walking distance to Union Station,...

“Hotel was great with an amazing breakfast. Room was specious but didn't have any dishes at all for the kitchenette. Fortunately we didn't really need any, but didn't really make sense. Also, didn't understand why we had to pay for parking. Otherwise everything was wonderful.”
