“My wife and I were travelling from Alberta to Ontario, on day 3 of a multi-day drive. This was the third hotel that we booked through Expedia, with the previous two being amazing. We arrived at around 8 PM local time - tired from an almost 10-hour drive from North Dakota. As we walked in, we noticed immediately that the hotel was dated and the air quality was poor.
