“We had a good experience. The room was clean, large, not noisy, the bathroom was also large and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but to me there was very little choice as to sweets (only minicroissants and homemade jams).”

“Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). ”

“Da ich mit dem Zug angereist bin, kann ich nichts zu Parkplätzen sagen. Ich hatte Glück und bekam ein Zimmer mit Moselblick. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zudem lag das Hotel schön zentral. Es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider gibt es keine Supermärkte oder Drogeriemärkte in der Nähe. Getränke konnte man teuer über im Ort versteute Automatenshops kaufen. Die Umgebung ist auf den Tagestourismus ausgelegt, einige Restaurants schließen schon um 20:00 Uhr. Es...

“Väldigt mysigt hotell i en trevlig liten by. Ägaren och hans fru driver hotellet själva och är väldigt trevliga och inbjudande. De gjorde vår vistelse helt underbar. Detta är varför jag måste rekommendera detta hotell till alla som ska ner till Moseldalen.”

“Accomodatie was netjes. De hotelkamer mooi en precies als op de foto, voor met z'n 2en prima. Ontbijt is goed, het diner is ok maar nog geen prijswinnaar, zeker niet op prijs-kwaliteit. Heb in Daun bij de Kroaat veel beter gegeten voor minder. Het hotelpersoneel is echter erg sympathiek.”

"Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming pool and a quite decent fitness room are available as well. Very nice landscape in the surrounding area with plenty of paths to walk dinner off before it gets dark."
