There were also some strange rules, like not allowing outside food, even though the selection of beverages seemed limited (with few coffee or water glasses available). “The good: The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good and it was a nice way to start the day. The not-so-good: The hotel is in a residential area, which means very few proper restaurants or eateries are within easy walking distance except for daytime street food vendors. The property itself felt a bit dated and not very well-maintained — some areas could really use a deep clean (dusty corners, worn fixtures in the room/common areas). It wasn’t dirty...
