“The experience was a mixed bag. While the restaurant closes at a reasonable time, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming to families. There were also some strange rules, like not allowing outside food, even though the selection of beverages seemed limited (with few coffee or water glasses available). Overall, it felt like I had to keep asking for things to be taken care of.”

“The good: The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good and it was a nice way to start the day. The not-so-good: The hotel is in a residential area, which means very few proper restaurants or eateries are within easy walking distance except for daytime street food vendors. The property itself felt a bit dated and not very well-maintained — some areas could really use a deep clean (dusty corners, worn fixtures in the room/common areas). It wasn’t dirty...
