“Room was pathetic. It was stinking. We had to ask to change our room but even after they alloted the new room it was bad. Cabinates were broken. Bathroom was stinking realky bad. Staff was rude. We asked for a towel and they accused us that we alreasy had a towel in our room. Their attitude was like we are living here for free. No amenties were privided in the room. “Zimmer und Frühstückstische nicht sauber, in der ganzen Anlage keine Möglichkeit außerhalb des Zimmers und außerhalb der Essenszeit im Restaurant etwas zu Trinken zu bekommen. Koffer muss man auf Parkplatz rollen da der Fahrer nicht vorfahren darf. Freundlichkeit kennen wir in Indien anders. Die bestellten zusätzlichen Wasserflaschen die wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen benötigten kamen nie.”
