Hotel con piscina a Bawtry

“The only issue we had was there was no one to check us in, The contact numbers we had no one answered. We actually felt like we were trespassing. After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. Having said that we ended up having a really enjoyable stay :)”

“Was disappointed as I booked with Expedia, expecting to be able to use the facilities at the hotel. On checking in, I enquired about the facilities and was informed that if I had booked directly with the hotel, I would have been able to use the pool and gym and get breakfast included. To use the gym and pool, I would have to pay extra.”

“The hotel was clean and generally well kept. We enjoyed a nice stay, but a couple of things would have made things better: - On checking in, the receptionist was very functional. We would have appreciated a welcoming smile as well as being told the relevant information. - The menu needs to be updated to show what is actually served. However, nothing to stop us from returning.”
