“Comfortable for 6 people. Handled 3 parked cars. So fun to be walkable to go to Breezy Point coffee shop and to see Elvis. Beautiful lake views. Nice fire pit. (Only slight negative was that third bedroom offered no privacy).”

“Beautiful house! 9 girlfriends stayed for a long weekend. Plenty of room! Was a great location for us, able to walk to local restaurant/bars and shops! Kayaking rentals available just a few miles away! Only suggestion, some lawn furniture but it looked like they are trying to get the lawn established, so I’m sure outdoor furniture is coming! Highly recommend this place for a girls weekend!”

“This stay overall was great spacious, nice to each have their own bathroom. It does not sit on the lake. There is a home that obstructs the view in front of it but it is a short distance to walk to the beach. Location is very convenient the negatives were the bathtubs a little high for the elderly to get in the shower. The downstairs bathroom with the shower, toilet seat is extremely loose and is it safety hazard and should be replaced ASAP. And the only other thing is I’d check with the...

“Had a nice 2 night stay with my family including grandkids, you have a perfect set up so no one is walking over each other, nice touch with the tv’s in each room as weather didn’t cooperate for more outdoor activities.”

“Our family has been doing a winter vacation in the Brainerd Lakes area for over 12 years. This rental did not disappoint in any way. We have grandkids ranging in ages from 6 - 14 and our adults kids too. There was enough room for everyone to spend time together or find a quiet spot to themselves! Property manager was quick with responses and check in was super easy! We would definitely stay here again!”
