    La casa si trova in una posizione ideale per molte attività all'aperto, tra cui pesca, canottaggio, birdwatching e molto altro. Alcuni dei migliori pescatori in giro !! Grande spazio esterno con tonnellate di terrazze e un ampio cortile. Siediti sul ponte la sera con un drink fresco e goditi le viste meravigliose o racconta storie intorno al pozzo del fuoco!
    Questa casa con cinque (5) camere da letto e due (2) bagni dispone di una zona giorno e pranzo aperta con una cucina ben attrezzata e offre attenzione ad ogni dettaglio per rendere piacevole il vostro soggiorno. La casa può ospitare comodamente 15 persone (questo include 2 ospiti su un bel materasso ad aria regina che viene fornito, oppure è possibile portare il proprio).
    Questa casa è una casa su due livelli che offre a più famiglie lo spazio di cui potrebbero aver bisogno. Il livello superiore della casa offre tre camere da letto una con un letto matrimoniale e le altre due offrono un letto matrimoniale. Questo livello comprende anche un soppalco per bambini con due letti singoli. C'è anche un materasso matrimoniale scoppiettante disponibile per l'uso. Il livello inferiore con ingresso indipendente e bar proprio ha due camere da letto. Una camera ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra offre tre letti singoli.
    La casa ha una grande passerella al piano di sotto con un'abbondanza di spazio sul ponte per rilassarsi all'ombra. I venti soffiano attraverso la brezza assicurando un clima piacevole anche nelle giornate più calde.
    Accesso alla rampa della barca pubblica che dista pochi secondi dalla casa. Fai una passeggiata lungo la nostra bellissima spiaggia e assisti allo splendido tramonto e sorge qui a Sargent.

It’s a peaceful, beautiful retreat perfect for a quiet getaway.

This is our second year booking the same house, and we love it every time we come back. It’s such a peaceful and beautiful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

Great stay and amazing staff

Me and my family had an amazing time. My niece caught a 4.5' Gar off of the pier. The kids had a blast playing in the yard. The deck and BBQ pits made it a great time to hangout outside and visit while cooking. Couldn't be happier with my stay here.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. So much more than just a nice stay. The fire pit, fishing, ping pong table, play set and various seating made the stay so much fun. We’ve stayed at many properties over the past several years but this one topped them all. Very well stocked and everything we needed to help with our Thanksgiving meal prep. Lots of memories were made!

Visiting family nearby

Great trip visiting my husband’s parents who live nearby. Plenty of room for lots of siblings and cousins. Very cute decor and plenty of amenities like paper products and towels. Great communication with property manager.

Much Needed Family Time

Great house, little problem with wasp outside. Littles had fun on trampoline and swings. Fishing from the pier and mainly just having much needed family time.

Beautiful property

The place was beautiful, great location and quiet neighborhood. However, we paid for early check-in (for 1pm instead of 4pm) and we didnt get checkin info till almost 3pm. Also, after looking for 15 minutes we FINALLY found the lockbox. Once inside and turn kitchen light on...ROACH! We however ended up having a great time. Once back home i reached out about our issues, with pictures, and was only told, "so sorry, it happens" basically. I have stayed in many homes along the coast and this was the 1st time with these issues and the response i got was just icing on the cake i suppose.

Fun on the Creek

This was a great property to entertain. The porches were absolutely the best part about it. We spent our days swimming in the creek and hanging out on the porches. The house was clean and decorated to perfection. When you walk in you felt like you were at home. The beds were so comfortable! The bedding and pillows were great. The one thing I would change is the parking situation. This house sleeps 15 people which means more than likely there will be multiple families sharing. There is only enough room for 4 cars.

Family weekend

Great place to spend the weekend with 3 generations of our family. The playground and trampoline were enjoyed by the grandkids. The dock was enjoyed by all.

Great getaway house.

My family and I had a great time at this property. This property has lots of character. The kitchen was fun to cook in and there are several games to play for young and old. We took our boat and had a great time on the water. Will definitely book this property again!

Family fishing vacation

This location was really nice, but there were a few things that were misleading from the VRBO add. The grass was not mowed and VERY tall. We ended up finding a blower on the upper deck & had to blow the whole property because of all the build up of leaves dirt. There were 2 rooms downstairs that had no entry to the actual house which is not described in the info for this house. We went on a vacation wanting to spend time as a family yet we had to separate part of the family because no where in the description did it say these 2 rooms are completely separate from the house. I had questions about lights that weren't working and as soon as we got to the property I no longer had communication with the lady I did my contract with so I guess once your there your on your own. Figure it out! The location is perfect the actual house was very clean and beautiful! There were some things about this house that were a surprise and let down when we got there. Other than that it was great we really enjoyed ourselves.

Relaxing Family Getaway

A wonderful property. Well maintained and plenty of space for a large family group. Excellent choice if you want to sit back, relax, fish and throw out the crab traps. We had an excellent time. It was just what we needed - to slow down and enjoy each other.

Better than the pictures!

This house was PERFECT for our family getaway. The home accommodated all ages and pets. We were so thankful for the full pantry and refrigerator condiments! The beds were very comfortable as well. If you have kids or pets, look no further! The home was “baby proof” and the upstairs deck had two gates that lead to the stairs which was SO helpful with a toddler and two dogs. We enjoyed are stay and hope to be back soon!

Amazing stay!

The house was perfect for our large group! We swam, fished and made a couple day trips down the beach! We highly recommend this place and will be back!

Fun weekend getaway

Only 1 1/2 hours from Katy, this was a very weekend spot. We fished from the dock. The children were delighted by the 4 varieties of swings and the hideaway loft. They want to go back again.

Fun Fun Fun

We had such a wonderful fun time with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The property is beautiful and had so much for the kids to do. We enjoyed fishing, ping pong, the fire pit, and the watering hole. Our grandchildren set up a store at the bar and sold us crackers and Powerade. They loved it!! None of us wanted to leave and are already planning to come back. Thanks for the wonderful family place to visit.
