Le incredibili viste a 360 gradi dai deck avvolgenti ti affascineranno prima ancora di entrare. Distinto da qualsiasi altra casa di circa ¼ di miglio, questo paradiso sulla spiaggia offre il meglio di tutti all'aperto; Spiagge, nuoto, pesca con il surf, pesca in ICW, kayak, canottaggio, tramonti mozzafiato e birdwatching. Indipendentemente dalla direzione in cui il vento può soffiare (e c'è sempre una brezza), puoi trovare il punto giusto sui ponti per rilassarti e goderti il panorama! 18 posti letto utilizzando entrambi i livelli o possono essere affittati come due posti separati; "Top Deck" (11 posti letto) incluso soppalco e "Main Deck" (7 posti letto).

Had another great time. Had my Granddaughter down from Oklahoma with her 3 children my great grand kids. The kids first time to the beach. They had a blast. Be back next year

We all had a great time! The fishing on the pier was everyone's favorite - our grand-daughter caught a 34 pound fish! it was the highlight of the trip. The house is great and we had an awesome time!

We really enjoyed the roundhouse. It was perfect for the amount of family we had there. This was our 4th annual family trip and it was perfect. We caught more fish and crab here than anywhere we have stayed.

Private island vibes

Felt like we were on our own private island! So relaxing! Loved the views of the canal and the huge cargo boats that travel thru it , and it’s right on the back yard! Had fun fishing from their private pier! Caught lots of fish. And the views from the wrap around decks were amazing …. Seeing my family play in the beach, enjoying the sunrise …. The stars and so many different types of birds , it was just amazing. Big house with bathrooms in each bedroom. Two living rooms and two kitchens equipped with everything ! Only thing I do recommend is bring enough drinking water . And water for cooking . We really want to come back ! This has been the best place we have stayed in!
Caught lots of fish from the private pier on the canal .
Loved seeing the sunrise.

The Roundhouse-Labor Day

We have stayed at the Roundhouse in Sargent since 2015 for Labor Day. (Minus one year for a Hurricane) It is a great location. Beach out the front door, and fishing from the dock out the back. 4 bedrooms, plus a loft, and 5 bathrooms. 2 kitchens. The recent hurricane Beryl washed out some of the beach, but it's actually better.

Francks Family Beach Vacay

The house and property were great for our large extended family vacation! The access to both the beach and the ICW was perfect. Everyone in our group, ages 5 to 67, enjoyed it! Do be sure that you are able to climb stairs! We hope to be able to return soon!

Making memories

Beautiful location, unforgettable views. The house accommodated a family of 12 with ease. The beach right out your front door and private fishing out the back is amazing. We stayed a week after hurricane Beryl so a lot of the shops and things were not open. This was not a problem though the property was well worth the trip. Lots of flood water so we had hoards of mosquitoes. Nothing a little bug spray wouldn’t fix. Crocodile encounter was an hour away and it was awesome. Also visited sea center Texas , a free location that the kids and adults enjoyed touching and learning about sea life. Dollar store about 15 minutes away and Walmart about 45. I spoke with our host a couple time and she was wonderful! We definitely plan on returning at some point after the area rebuilds. The view from the bridge is breathtaking! Endless beach to explore.

Short and sweet stay

We stayed following tropical storm Alberto, the property was nice, the outside deck needed a little work. But overall it didnt really diminish the stay. We had a pretty large group and everyone found comfortable beds. The king size bed is SO comfortable I had to get the matress info off of it! This is my second stay here at the round house and I'm sure it wont be the last! Thank you

Summer Fun

The property was great. It was perfect for our family having access to the beach and inter coastal without having to leave the home. The fishing was fantastic and my family enjoy walking along the beach collecting sea shells. The only thing that could be improved would be to have curtains or shades on the second story When going to bed we would have to go outside to close the storm shutters to have privacy. We would definitely be coming back.

We fished 2 days with a guide out of Matagorda. Had 2 great days with my 2 sons fishing. We enjoyed the beach at Sargent with the family. Little boys found sea shells. Another great week with the family and Sargent.

Simply THE BEST

This was our second year to stay here and it was absolutely perfect…again! We love the beach and ICW being so close. Everything you need is at the house and we truly enjoy our time. Host is very responsive. We look forward to our next visit!

Great Location

The location of this property is the best!!! Views are beautiful! Truly can walk to the beach. This place has 3 refrigerators if you rent the entire place. The property managers were super quick to respond to our issues! We never could fine the switch for the outside lights down stairs! Lol. Great house.
