“This is crack central. Dangerous for alone travelers. I was afraid in the parking lot. Avoid this place like the plague. When I checked in I saw the condition of the office and I knew how the room would be. I asked for refund and was told Expedia would contact the owners for a refund. Of course they were unable to reach them. That tells me they know how bad it is. Pass this place up.”

“The restaurant was not set up well for breakfast. We were not told that there was no table service Monday and Tuesday. The waitress for the to go breakfast was unpleasant when we were sitting down waiting for menus. That's the only time we were told no table service. There was one person at the front desk that was uncooperative. When asked a question he didn't want to answer it. I later learned that he didn't know anything. Nick was at the desk the following day and he was great!...

“All in all I’m satisfied with the hotel, but I prefer harder mattresses, so the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. The breakfast is good, but it took very long to come out, even if there was nobody eating at the same time. ”

“Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.”

“Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??”

“Solo female traveler, only stayed for one night. It was nice! The bed was comfy, nice big TV, front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast was great too. quite a bit of hair in the shower left over from the person before me would be my only complaint lol.”
