We felt immediately welcomed , she was very sweet and kind after we had an AWFUL experience at a hotel across the street. We were instantly relieved ! “We had a lot of fun. It was wonderful to be able to use the waterpark before we checked in and then the whole next day. Our kids really enjoyed the waterpark (ages 0-11). Hurricanes restaurant was delicious. Coffee shop in the lobby was convenient. ”

“Place was so convenient. The manager stopped by our room with 3 cold waters shortly after arrival which was really appreciated. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and while we stayed in a pet friendly 2 queen room, there was no evidence of odor of other dogs. Room was a nice size. Overall I think great value. ”
