“I have a few things to mention. There was a huge wad of hair in bathroom.
The fan for the heat/air was so loud. Impossible to sleep.
I couldn’t get the clerk to give me a receipt since I booked through Expedia. And Expedia doesn’t return my emails. I need these for taxes as this trip was for medical needs. ”

“The restaurant they show on picture is not there's, no , breakfast included, no water bottel in room or at reception. Gym has two treadmills both not working , gym is very very small not enough space workout.”

“Absolutely fantastic place to stay and dine.
Everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed was most comfortable.
We appreciated the elevator - 2 seniors
Laurence in charge of breakfast was terrific as was the food. A lovely selection of pastries and hot items. Delicious!
All the staff we interacted with were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
We will be back!”
