Overall hotel Needs a thorough cleaning as lots of dust on shelves in hallways and stairwells. Walls need a good wipe down. Carpet a thorough shampoo at minimum. Didn’t help to see a pile of dirty towels just lying behind the front desk counter just lying on the floor.”

“Upon arrival, our room was extremely dirty. There was a significant amount of dust behind the furniture, and the walls and ceiling were filthy. The room was also infested with hundreds of mosquitoes. We immediately requested a room change. The hotel eventually found another available room around 10:00 p.m. Unfortunately, this room was also infested with bugs, although it was somewhat cleaner. I spent nearly an hour killing bugs myself using an old mop because the hotel did not have a fly...

“The entire motel smelled like it was hot boxed with cigarettes. I found stains on my bed and let them know at the front, they handed me new sheets instead of coming in to change them. They wete spraying air freshener at the front to cover up smoke smell, but it was no help at it was so smokey.”
