And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

“Room was very dated with buckling tiles in the bathroom and staff appeared to either be very helpful or very rude no middle of the road.”

“This hotel, needs a huge renovation. Torn up carpets, shattered windows, cockroaches in the bathroom. Highly recommended staying away from this place.”

“The room was pretty gros, does not match ANY of the pictures. Carpet sticky in spots, ripped up in other spots. Someones phone number CARVED into the table. No fridge or microwave. Door did not even close correctly. Overall not an optimal stay despite the cheap price.”

“The pictures on your website is nothing what we found. Room reeked of pot blanket had burn holes in them. The bathroom was not cleaned and very small. The picture of the bedroom looked big but room so smaller. Sheets had stains. We end up going to another hotel ”
