“Newly opened property. Staff were seemingly still learning computer systems and procedures, so check in was quite slow. Upon entering our room it was clear that it had not been cleaned. Staff was able to get us switched to a different, clean room, and while they did apologize they didn’t take any special steps to accommodate or “make it right” in any appreciable manner. “Amazing stay here! Outstanding service from hotel staff. Location in Racine is extremely convenient in the middle of downtown within short walking distance to the lakefront (<10 mins).
