“Very kind staff, yummy breakfast. Our room was weird in terms of layout and had only one window, despite being a suite, so that was a bit odd. But otherwise a great stay.”

“They were very strict about the 3:00 check in and provided very little in amenities. Upon check out if you didn't ask for a receipt they didn't offer one. As far as towels they put to face towels in the bathroom, if you want to shower you have to go ask for bath towels. Certainly not a place Would recommend or return to.”

“I loved everything about Rose Arden. I had a very comfortable overnight stay in a single room in a lovely home that was perfect for my visit with an old friend who lived nearby. It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden.”

“The Staff tried to be helpful but there was not much they could do with the shape the motel is in. The rooms were clean but so run down they looked old and dirty, NO fridge even though it shows one in the pictures of the rooms. The beds were terrible old lumpy and so uncomfortable. The TV kept turning off by itself, the Wi-Fi did not work at all it kept buffing every 5 min.(not exaggerating) And breakfast was a box breakfast- dry crescent roll, apple juice and apple and granola bar. Will not...
