“The place was filthy. No place for my dog to potty. There was filth in the bathroom especially. The parking area was good.
I repeatedly asked the staff to clean my room. When I arrived I entered the elevator and the door had bad stuff on the door.
I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Ever. I spent two nights out of the five that were booked.
The television channels didn’t include any major networks or any local news.

“Beds were clean and comfy. Elevators super slow. My parents stayed on the first floor right in front of the pool and found to live roaches in their room. We checked in on a Saturday afternoon for one night. Staff wasn’t rude, but they definitely were not inviting. Convenient location, however after coming in from dinner Saturday night, lots of half dressed women and men hanging out and drinking in the parking lot. Not sure if they were guests or just hanging out. Definitely not family oriented...

“The stay was a little bit loud as we could hear people going in and out of the halls throughout the night and talking in loud voices. The stay was good except for the state of the items in the room. “The property was easy to find, well-lit for our evening arrival and surface parking was convenient and plentiful. We were greeted by friendly and accommodating team member and the check-in process was very easy. We enjoyed breakfast in the lobby in the morning before headed out for the day.
