“Unprofessional, did not know that I wouldn’t get refund if canceled? Called 2 x spoke to hotel and Expedia. Never received anything. Disgusted since it was for my sister that had to rush to be with my mom in ICU. Terrible customer service. ”

“Room is very spacious and view is nice. Wish it would have a balcony. Hotel is kind of old. There was a hole in our floor and floor felt kind of slanted. Bed was comfy and fridge was large. Bathroom was small and towels that were given looked like home towels not hotel towels. It’s fine to stay for a day or two but it’s more like a motel vibe. Great location though n has a lot of potential but needs some updating. ”

“Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed at check in to have a great stay regarding hot tubs and restaurants and bars. The room was extremely clean. The atmosphere here was so inviting and relaxing. My favorites were the parrots in the lobby and the indoor/outdoor heated pool—and the outside fire pit at the restaurant —-and the roof with two hot tubs and the relaxing pub!! So many wonderful things at this hotel!! ...
