“This was a very disappointing stay. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed sheets were dirty, and I found hair on them when I arrived, which made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned. The Wi-Fi did not work during my stay, elevators were out of service, creating inconvenience.got to use the stairs walk up and down I contacted the front desk for assistance, but no one provided a solution or followed up to address the issues.
