“I did not read the hotel amenities clearly, and was shocked when checking in. Parking was $10 a day and no breakfast, coffee in office only. I should have read them more closely. All the king size beds are on the second floor. No elevator and steps are the short ones that are very hard to climb. All the rooms face towards the center with a very small pool in the middle. The kids screamed excitedly till the pool closed and then the adults stood on the balcony and got good and drunk till about...

“The room was bigger than I expected. I pool area was nice and the access to the beach was perfect. Maybe a tv upgrade?”

“The room was clean but the cleaner they used or air freshener was overpowering in my opinion. The water had an earthy smell to it on the 8th floor. The stove in my room acted strangely and forced me to throw out my dinner because the burner I intended to cook on seemed to turn off while turned on and the rear burner would get hot without turning it on and then turn off. It was frustrating.”

“Hotel and everything was nice but the ice machine in the lobby was out my entire stay.”

“Breakfast was lacking protein (I.e., meat, eggs etc.) Room was clean, but had some very worn furniture needing replacing. Staff was friendly, attentive, however couldn’t reach front desk via room phone.”
