“Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and upgraded our room. We had an issue with the security deposit taken out twice, but that was because we checked in after 12am and the deposit is apparently automated for 12am the day after check-in; met with a manager and they were able to reverse it immediately. No complaints, wish the rooms had microwaves!”

“The only good thing was the parking lot, other than that.. as soon as you walk in you smell cigarettes, the lobby was not clean and you probably going to have to make a line.The smell in the elevator and the rooms is terrible!! I couldn't stay there not even for one night, the mattress was really hard, not comfortable at all. ”

“Accoglienza fantastica, personale gentilissimo è disponibile. Zona molto tranquilla con parcheggio. Albergo un po’ datato ma camera ben curata.”

“Clean room”

“L'hotel è situato in una zona pessima, piena di sporcizia e personaggi loschi che popolano i marciapiedi. La struttura non si presenta come in foto. La stanza nello specifico si presenta con arredamenti vecchi ed usurati, pavimento appiccicoso, bagno osceno con la tavoletta consumata, muri con intonaco staccato e la tendina da doccia sporca. L'ambiente odora fortemente di prodotti igienizzanti. La notte non ci si può ritirare solo con un uber/taxi data la zona e quello che si risparmia...

“Parking is limited and not conveniently located to the buildings where the rooms are located. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired- when we arrived there was clearly a moisture issue on our floor, there was a terrible smell and fans going in the hallway. Our room was very dark. The one day we requested housekeeping and left early our room was not turned over, but the next day when we had a do not disturb sign on our door housekeeping tried to come in at 9 AM.”

“Seedy part of town. Neighbors fighting late at night. The bed cover had a stinch and the hostess had the nerve to knock on the door 15 minutes after checkout time. ”
