“Clean room nice people I like”

“Well, there was poor communication on Expedia’s end, we got there for check-in and was told that there was some fee for $10 a day to park your vehicle and on top of that when I was charged for the room, i I was charged way more than what the room cost me for three nights just to find out after my card was charged that there was a new system update and then it would show on my thing as being charged twice but in the end only being charged once and getting the remainder put back on my card and I...

“The hotel was clean, convenient, and close to the events we were going to.”

“The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Our room was lacking a clothes rod and we had no hot water in the shower but had hot water in the sink. “Great breakfast choices and delicious coffee. Shower had moldy tile. Carport needed attention. Airport shuttle driver was very nice”

“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and check in was quick and simple. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and utilized the patio outside the hotel. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options to choose from. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar before heading out for a night on the town. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if in the area.”

“Everything was great! Breakfast could have been a little better ( we”re comparing to the Hampton in Grand Forks which has exceptional breakfast)”
