“We didn’t get room service. We asked if we can get some towels and bedsheets and they said they were out. Hardly any garbage bins in the room besides the bathroom. Also wasn’t expecting a $200 hold. The service was very off. Could of picked a better hotel ”

“Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cozy and the bed was comfy. Only complaint is that there was only 1 pod each of coffee, decaf & tea for in the room. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Everything was clean and safe here. I could tell the staff did a good job cleaning the room before my arrival. The only thing I would say was lacking was the breakfast in the morning. Breads, cereal and parfait was really the only option. Would have been nice to have some eggs/sausage/bacon/hashbrown options. A good stay otherwise!”

“We were able to check in a little early without paying a fee. Staff was very nice. There was no hot water though throughout our entire stay. Front desk was aware and stated they had someone coming out to fix it but next day, it was still not fixed. Not the staffs fault hot water was broken but definitely not ideal. The room also didn’t have AC so it was 75 in our room the entire stay. Thankfully, our room didn’t face he sun and it wasn’t hot out so we could crack the windows. When we checked out...

“Everything was fantastic!!! The room was clean, lobby clean, hot tub great temp, pool heated it was a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again. The only advice would be to add more variety of hot breakfast instead of just eggs and sausage but delicious either way. Close to Costco and other amenities right across the street. Thank you!! This was a breath of fresh air to arrive at Springhill Suites after we left our original hotel due to lack of cleanliness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ”
