“A different type of hotel in the best of ways! Staff was friendly, rooms were clean.”

“The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty.”

“Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed”

“It's hard to beat this location if you're going to go to Target Field. We were here in June for 3 days (2 nights). A lot of walkable dining options. Ballpark is a 3 minute walk. Sites like the old stone bridge are also walkable.”

“The property was clean and the room was also clean and comfortable . The shower water pressure was great . The location of the hotel was in a convenient spot and we even had a view of the Twins stadium.”

“Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. ”

“I love the location of this hotel and that it has a hot tub and pool. There are not a lot of hotels downtown with a hot tub so I always love to stay here. It is a slightly further walk to the target center and the surrounding bars, but it’s definitely still manageable! And the hotel is so charming! I love how it’s decorated!”

“The room started off nice for the first night... After that is when all hell broke loose... We were awaken at 3am to move out of unit into another due to feces and urine coming from the unit above us... We moved at 3:00 only to br moved to a unit without the air working .. We inform them that also... As per their statement we can only give you a refund of 30% of your total... I knew they could not be serious when we really was comfortable one night.. out of 4.... unacceptable. Do not...

“Conveniently located in central downtown. Easy walk to all of the stadiums. The lobby is not particularly warm and we had trouble getting our rooms on time, but the hotel is reasonably priced and the rooms we had were great.”

“Great view of the city”

“Room could have been cleaned better (pillow smelled and there was hair in the shower that wasn’t mine). Room layout and space was efficient. Parking lot too small, but they have a secure garage for $15/night. Breakfast was a good value for the price. Location was good for my visit. Rooftop bar was busy and had skyline views.”
