“The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty.”

“Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed”

“The room was clean plenty of towels and soaps. There was no small things like paper or a pen no restaurant recommendations or a Chanel guide. Breakfast was very very over priced. Only one girl working in dinning was helpful. My room was very loud. The door rattle alot like someone was there and the street noise was horrible. For the price stay somewhere else.”

“It's hard to beat this location if you're going to go to Target Field. We were here in June for 3 days (2 nights). A lot of walkable dining options. Ballpark is a 3 minute walk. Sites like the old stone bridge are also walkable.”
