“This hotel stay is a 10 of 10!! Brand new hotel in a repurposed school building from the 1930s! Open floor exposed concrete concept with beautiful new appliances. Near the Minneapolis convention center this is ideally located in downtown Minneapolis. The room size for price including full kitchen is a bargain! Definitely worth the stay!!”

“We stayed here for our wedding and we loved the room. It was clean, spacious, and it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. It was really cozy. I also love that they’re pet friendly. The only cons to staying here is that i had an issue after booking that I needed to talk to them about and their phone line was unreachable. Also, be aware that there is no parking lot, it is paid parking. The ramp is very secure though. The staff was also very kind.”

“I liked the custom drink upon arrival. They had a complimentary 24k champagne drink for the Bruno Mars concert. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both reasonably priced and delicious!”
