“Loved the property, area walkability, laundry & kitchen available in my suite, it was clean, helpful staff...however I slipped in my suite. A slippery, dry residue on the floor.”

“The hotel was very clean and the room look as one in a more expensive hotel.However, there was no elevator and we had to carry our luggage on a very narrow staircase. Limited reception time(which they disclosed) made us worry not to açcess the room is any delay happened. It was not the case but we didn't like the risk.”

“Room was very adequate and bed comfortable but there seemed to be a lot of dust in the air. The top bed covers probably needed a wash. sheets were clean and fresh. Only 1 coffee pouch but we could have asked for another, im sure.”

I really love the bed so comfortable clean kitchen everything was on point no stress at all I would really recommend them and if I can any chance to visit BC I would just come back at the same address near to the malls every thing is just around the corner. “Ocean Promenade has undergone major renovations that are almost completed. The decor is modern and fresh — very inviting. We chose this hotel because of its location on Marine Drive providing excellent access to the promenade for my husband with mobility issues. We enjoyed a King Studio with balcony and kitchen — balconies have a view of the ocean — great place to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon happy hour. “There is no hot water in the washroom, and the water was too cold to take a shower.”

“Very run down. Hallways smell like urine. Small bugs all over “kitchenette” area. I will say I slept better than I have in ages so that was good.”

“I don't know that Expedia has air BNB room. I don't know it is not hotel. It's a home, so it is not private and sound proof. When I arrived in the evening, I cannot see the home address clearly, the light is dimmed. But the owner is very nice and helpful. Also the share bathroom. I like it so far. Thank you for the owner hospitality. ”
