Novità 2016 - Bella quasi nuova !!! Residenza cittadina di due anni. Tutti i servizi che si possono chiedere per 2-1 / 2 blocchi alla spiaggia 1-1 / 2 blocchi alla baia. Tre camere da letto, 2 bagni, 10 posti letto con 2 letti queen size in memory foam nel soggiorno, un sacco di spazio per una famiglia più grande, dormiranno fino a 12 con materasso ad aria. Rondella e asciugatrice. Grande cucina completamente attrezzata per preparare i pasti, posti a sedere per 8 persone. Griglia di gas naturale sul ponte posteriore della cucina. Mobili da patio su tutti e tre i ponti per godersi le brezza marina e il sole. Pannello della privacy recentemente installato tra il mazzo del vicino adiacente. Doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda. Parcheggio per 5 con parcheggio in strada supplementare disponibile. Favoloso tramonto sulla baia che ha una recintata zona nuoto per i più piccoli e grande gazebo sulla baia. Sedie a sdraio incluse, portano biancheria e asciugamani. Accettando gli affitti last minute, mancano solo alcune settimane per la stagione 2018, affitti fuori stagione disponibili e accolti a tariffe ridotte e soggiorni minimi di 3 notti nei mesi di maggio e giugno.

A pochi passi da Wawa, Meltdown Ice Cream, numerosi ristoranti tra cui Terrace Tavern, Oyster House e Howard's Seafood.

Acme Super Market, Fantasy Island e Thundering Surf si trovano a breve distanza.

The property was very clean and kitchen well stocked with everything blenders, griddles, coffee makers, etc. Plenty of dishes, pots too. Patty the owner was fantastic with communication making sure we knew their rules/times and touching base to make sure we had what we needed. We had a blast - never needing anything except more time there! This is a great find.

Wonderful Stay!

Great location and a lovely house. It was clean when we arrived and the rooms looks exactly like the pictures. Patty was very responsive before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend for your next beach vacation.

Patty was one of those great hosts you rarely get to stay with.

We had a great time. House was clean and well equiped and in a great spot. We loved the little bayside beach just down the road. Patty was more then available -even reaching out after out stay to ensure we knew of traffic issues on the causeway. Would certainly recommend this place if your heading to LOB.

Excellent Getaway

The property was immaculate when we arrived, and all the COVID precautions were clearly taken and communicated to us. We brought our own linens and paper products, but the kitchen was fully appointed, so we were able to cook throughout the stay, which we really enjoyed. In most rentals you're lucky to have a pot or pan, but this place seemed to have every possible gadget and plenty of bowls, cutting boards, and other kitchen tools. Patty checked in on us leading up to our stay and answered all my questions via text while we we were there. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect size and so clean!

We were a party of 6 adults and 4 children, ranging from 11 to 2. The house fit us nicely and every was so clean which is so important during the pandemic. I was happy that there were great restaurants in walking distance especially Del Ave Oyster. So tasty. There was ample parking for 3 cars and the bay sunsets were so red. Close to everything!

Perfect for a vacation!

We have a wonderful stay here! Patty was VERY accommodating when we had trouble with our dates. The property was very clean, had all the things we needed, was welcoming, short walk to beach, and was PERFECT for our vacation. Owner was very receptive and got back to me ALWAYS in a timely manner. Great place

This was a great place to stay for a much needed vacation. The place was clean and comfortable. Just a quick walk to the beach and conveniently located to Wawa and some great restaurants. Just a short drive to Bay Village and Acme supermarket. I would definitely stay here again, Patty was a great host who is easy to reach.

Everything we needed for a perfect LBI getaway!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long Fall weekend at this beautiful property. The home is spacious, clean, and very well appointed. The house is conveniently located between the beach and the bay, and near great places to eat and shop. There is bay beach at the end of the street, with a gazebo that is just perfect for watching the incredible LBI sunsets. Patty, the owner, was easy to deal with and very accommodating. We have rented many homes on LBI over the years, and this one ranks among the best!

Not a Beach House

No back stairs to the shower, nothing in the yard, grill a disgusting mess, deck both front and back a joke, first bedroom on left no nightstand,pillows stunk, MBR the bed was lousy very un comfortable. The stairs we way too steep and if we had known it was 17 steps to the bed rooms we would have not rented. The bathroom on the main level the sink water pressure was a joke a trickle at best. For the money we spent we were ripped off. !

Very Nice House!!

The house was clean and in a convenient location. Everything that was described in the offering was there. Had beach badges, beach chairs and full kitchen with supplies. Two and a half blocks from the ocean. I definitely recommend renting this home.

Fabulous vacation!

First time renting this home and it was a great experience. The owners were very accommodating. The home is on the bay side and included beach badges and beach chairs. The outdoor shower is very roomy and the home is very clean. Also, there was a nice welcoming gift when we arrived. We will be returning next year and highly recommend staying here.
