Vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e sulla baia, a pochi passi da una delle migliori spiagge del New Jersey. Goditi splendide albe e tramonti sul ponte sul tetto. È a pochi passi da molti ristoranti e attrazioni. Le famiglie possono praticare molte attività come il minigolf, il parco divertimenti, i portici, il parco acquatico e, naturalmente, molte attività nautiche e di pesca. Vieni a goderti lo stile di vita di Long Beach Island.


È TUTTO L'ACQUA .........
LBI è un'isola barriera di 18 miglia con l'Oceano Atlantico da un lato e la bellissima baia di Barnegat dall'altro. L'isola è larga 1/2 miglio nella sua larghezza e non sei mai lontano dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca di zucchero o dalla serenità dei tramonti sulla baia.
È TUTTO DIVERTENTE ........
Trascorri le tue vacanze rilassandoti sulla spiaggia o godendoti i favolosi ristoranti e locali notturni. Guarda un'esibizione dal vivo al Surflight Theater, la risposta di LBI a Broadway. Gli spettacoli sono programmati tutto l'anno. Puoi divertirti tutto l'anno su LBI. Percorri le bici lungo le nostre strade pianeggianti dell'isola, sali i gradini fino alla cima del faro di Barnegat, fai shopping al Bay Village o al villaggio vichingo, vai a pescare al largo della baia o della spiaggia o trascorri 1/2 giornata su un peschereccio commerciale o fai un giro in barca trappola per granchi nella baia.
È TUTTA LA FAMIGLIA ........
Tutti amano l'oceano, ma LBI ha anche alcune spiagge della baia sorvegliate per i bambini che sono troppo giovani per le grandi onde dell'oceano. Impara a fare boogie board, surf o kayak. Noleggia una barca o un podista. Abbiamo anche kite boarding e parasailing. Raccogli i vetri del mare lungo la spiaggia o programma un ritratto da spiaggia per famiglie. I bambini adorano le giostre a Fantasy Island e Thundering Surf Water Park. Ci sono molti portici, molti minigolf e il gelato preferito da tutti!

This house was absolutely perfect for our beach vacation! Just a few minutes walk from the beach, it was incredibly clean and offered an abundance of space. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.The rooftop provided breathtaking sunset views each night, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked.While we knew to bring our own sheets and towels, it was a minor detail given how fantastic everything else was.The spacious layout includes multiple areas to relax, like a family room and living room. It's truly the perfect home for a relaxing beach getaway. The kind neighbors and convenient outdoor shower after beach trips were added bonuses.We highly recommend it!

Great home near beach

Very clean and well appointed home, just as described in listing. Mike was easy to contact and responsive. Young adults loved the ping pong after beach. All enjoyed a very nice stay in a good location.

Perfect spot!

I stayed with my 2 teen sons and their friends. The house had the perfect layout to protect everyone’s privacy. I was upstair near the kitchen and access to the fabulous roof deck (which had views of both the ocean and the bay). The boys had the downstairs bedrooms and the basement. The basement had an air hockey table, ping pong and a big couch. The kids loved it. Each of the main floors had a comfortable living room. The kitchen was a nice size and very well appointed with everything you need to cook and entertain. There were a lot of bathrooms which is essential for a large group. The host was accessible and attentive. It was the perfect house for us, beautiful, bright, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Better than the photos

This house was perfect! Great location, comfortably fit 10 adult guests, clean, even had an awesome garage with ping pong table. Extremely close to the beach, and had tons of beach chairs and an umbrella. Would highly recommend this property!

family vacation

We had a wonderful time in LBI, and the accommodations were terrific. We took advantage of the rooftop deck with awesome views, the beach was an easy walk and the house was well appointed. If stairs are a challenge then this is not your house, but we managed nicely. Thank you for a great week to recharge for this weary healthcare worker!

Great house! Great location!

Loved the roof deck. Gas grill was great. Ping Pong table in the garage was a bonus. Plenty of space for 8 people. Quiet and steps to beach. Only missing thing was lack of a clothes line in the spacious backyard.

We renting this house for a wedding for the grooms me and his moms family

The house was perfect for our whole family. And very clean! Kitchen was stock with pots, pans cleaning supplies. I would recommend renting this house.

Excellent accommodations and close to the beach. My family and I enjoyed our week-long stay.

Fantastic accommodations for our extended family. There is plenty of private space along with adequate shared space. We enjoyed eating “in” with enough room in the kitchen to prepare and serve meals. It was close to the beach; easy to walk to. In a quiet residential Area, but close to entertainment and shopping. Our favorite was the rooftop deck! -Lisa S

A great place to stay!

Our entire family enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful shore home. Lots of space, close to the beach, and centrally located for shopping, dining out, miniature golf and ice cream treats. Special touches like furnished beach chairs and badges, a wine refrigerator, and rooftop deck for viewing sunsets were welcome additions. Seven of us were very comfortable for two weeks. Space for doing big puzzles and playing games made even rainy days fun. We hope to rent again next summer. J & K, from Pennsylvania

The house was spacious and everyone had their own space to relax and enjoy the week.

I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation. My family had a wonderful time and luckily the weather was great. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes and everything that you would need to make either lavish or simple meals. The only problem was being part of an older generation the stairs were a bit much. May have to look for a house with an elevator next year.

Communication with the property manager was awful. From the very beginning to the end of our stay. 4 days prior to our vacation I sent an email asking if we "needed linens or anything else we should know to bring?" Never received a response, based upon previous home rentals we decided to forgo another suitcase with towels/linens/blow dryer/toilet paper. Needless to say we arrived and nothing was supplied. Emailed the property manager and called upon arrival, took over 3 hours to get a response. We had already visited Bed bath and spent a surprise $260.00 for essentials, linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Wireless not working, Received an email from prop manager with a typo and incorrect password....2-3 hours later responded with the correct password. Last day, Loaded the dishwasher, only to find a dishwasher that has a acrid smell of stagnant water pooled in the bottom and leaking on the floor. House has great "bones", great location, shame that it is managed poorly and unprofessionally. Needs a deep cleaning for anyone that wants to feel at home.
