Disponibile due settimane nel 2018. 28 luglio-4 agosto e 11 agosto-18 agosto. Questo è un soggiorno da sabato a sabato nella nostra bella casa!

Questa è una casa a tre piani (unità abitativa inversa) con un tetto.
Questa proprietà si trova in una strada molto tranquilla. Un isolato e mezzo dalla bellissima spiaggia e mezzo isolato dalla baia.

1 ° piano - ingresso e garage
2 ° piano - camera matrimoniale e bagno padronale. 3 camere da letto aggiuntive e un altro bagno completo. Balcone su una delle camere da letto.
3 ° piano - La zona giorno open space comprende (zona giorno, sala da pranzo e cucina). Ampio balcone con mobili da giardino.
Parte superiore del tetto - splendida vista sull'oceano e sulla baia.
Cortile - cortile completamente recintato completamente nuovo paesaggistico. Dotato di grill a gas, sala da pranzo all'aperto e zona salotto. oltre a una doccia esterna.

Aria condizionata centralizzata, ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere da letto e zona giorno. Questa casa è in ottime condizioni con mobili per lo più nuovi. Non è permesso fumare in casa.

Easily could have been better

A lot of money for what you get. No sheets , broken patio furniture on terrace, broken window shades, garbage in every closet. I would expect more for a house charging this rate per night and the host should be more clear about no sheets and towels- like include in big letters on her message that informs about WiFi etc. there is no mention on description or amenities list about that and when arriving as a family at the end of season for four days it’s not nice to start off having to buy sheets and make beds. Leaning before arriving was horrible dust everywhere and dishes still in machine. I’ve spent far less and had hosts make sure of our comfort far more. Plus we were charged a cleaning fee for four days which should be refunded as there were sand and cobwebs throughout the house.

North Beach Duplex

From the outside and the photographs, it looks lovely. The three bathrooms were cleaned but there were cobwebs on the bottoms of chairs, nothing was vacuumed (we kept stepping on little bits of rocks and food), the dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes, the coffee pot had a used coffee pod in it. The area for the kitchen trash can and recycle bin was filthy with leftover food particles. We taped a portion of the dining room rug down with duct tape as said rug has a corner that as stuck in an upright position so each person tripped at least once. The master bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms had no blinds, no curtains for blocking out the light or for privacy. Wires exposed coming out of the living room walls. Pretty overpriced for the condition. But we were with family and friends whom we adore so we made the best of everything. I wouldn't go back unless some drastic changes were made.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The location was very convenient; quick, easy walk to both the ocean and the bay. The house was beautiful, spacious, updated and private. We would love to come back next summer!

Very enjoyable!

We rented this for the first time and we had such a wonderful experience! Very clean and new condo that was in the heart of everything! We walked everywhere. Convenience store located very close, as was coffee shops, ice cream and deli's. It was so close to the beach and the beaches were beautiful!! We also did some crabbing, fishing off of the pier which we could walk to. The home was absolutely beautiful, very spacious and very, very clean. We loved having breakfast out on the deck every morning and grilling at night and eating on the patio below. Having an outside shower was perfect too! It was stocked with everything we needed from beach toys and chairs to a fully stocked kitchen. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. We had the most relaxing vacation and the weather was a "10". We had not been back to LBI since my kids were little and they want to now go back every year. They too loved your home. We loved the lay out of it being reversed living too because the bedrooms were on first floor and if we were upstairs it was very quiet. My kids especially loved the rooftop deck to take pictures and hangout. We will definitely stay here next year. Thank you very much Hanan for being a wonderful host! LBI is such a great place to vacation with your family.
