“Pool was open and looked amazing, but we didn’t swim. Laundry facilities were very nice and clean. I made a mistake and showed up a day earlier than I booked for, but they were very understanding and were able to accommodate us. Such helpful staff!”

“First when i arrived inside my hotel room i noticed that the entrance door had a gap from the floor to the end of the actual door. So as im sleeping i can see people shoes walk back and forth from outside my room. The walls were thin as well you can hear the entire converstation happening between the two rooms that your in between. The mattress was the worst part, the sheets had stains on them, the pillows were a brown color underneath the pillow case, the carpet was not swept upon arrival, lots...

“The cookies are always awesome!!! Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub are a plus. My granddaughters enjoyed themselves. Beach clean and sand was luxurious. Staff was helpful and friendly. I liked it so much I signed up for Hilton Honors. ”

“Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. The fitness room was big and nice. I never saw the bistro bar open, but maybe it's because it's not season yet. The common areas were very nice and appear to be updated. The rooms good size and comfortable. I would stay here again. ”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“Love the breakfast and the Widows Walk. Love the waterfront breeze and the mom-and-pop feel. This is one of our favorite weekend retreats.”

“It smelled like mold, the “jetted hot tub” is just a tub with a diy project jets added to it that didn’t even worked.. they were dirty as well… no way I was gonna sit in that nasty tub. First room I went to before they switched me, had massive moldy shower with an used up soap bar.. ”

“Great location, and that is what you are paying for. It is a standard motel-style room. Easy check-in and clean room. No complaints.”
